I have enjoyed my first two months. I'm enjoying working with our B2B clients and I'm hoping to take on more clients in the future. I feel that is an opportunity for us and I'd like to grow in this position.

I feel that I'm making a direct impact on how our customers feel about our services.

I really feel that GR0 lives up to its vision and promise of being inclusive and appreciating diversity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
2 things. 1- I felt extremely welcome and included (this was a big deal for me) from day one. 2 - I feel that any suggestions or new ideas that I have are appreciated and considered rather than just tossed aside.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me, the best part was that benefits were available on day 1. I also like that my benefits were extremely easy to sign up for. Also, the HR team has been very responsive when I have questions, sometimes responding within minutes.
