You gain valuable skills but the ratio nurse to patient for the acuity of the patient care is to much . They are burning great nurses out fast. I have seen people stay because of co workers but struggle donto patient -nurse, or payient -trch ratio. The patients are very sick.

Best about mu conworkers are we are team players in the mist of it all.

Staff ratios are draining the staff which trickles down to patient care and moral of the company

More communication between staff and new employees when it comes to the recruiter and leadership to mew staff memeber

Staff being burnt out is bring the moral of the company down. Staff love the Grady but does jot feel valued amd feel kver worked

Leadership does kot inderstand the acuity of patient care and are allowing staff to get burnt out. The patient-nurse ration does not fit for the acuity of patient.
