A decrease in short term benefits is awful and not able to use EIB WHILE ON SHORT TERM

We are over worked underpaid. Can get more skill training to make more but do not make more.

Patient -nurse ratio, patient- tech ratio and higher compensation for all staff in Grady

The management here hires their friends and pay their friends well with no regards to the other staff members.

A whole new crew ans managers. Too many meetings without anything getting accomplishments

They need to work some are full time and dont even come to work half the time

Tell the truth about what is happening to our department. We have a technical specialist that will not do bench work when a person is off work.

They don't take care of employees, but expect them to care for others.

Staff ratios are draining the staff which trickles down to patient care and moral of the company

This place needs new management.

There is no accountability for the phone system; As well as the problems our patients have accessing the clinics.
