Most employees in lower rungs are very talented, friendly, and fun to work with, but upper management has imposed unhealthy work environment not conducive to effective, open conversation.

More collaboration from all levels, rather than top-bottom leadership. Obsession with sales, revenues, and shareholders is hurting company culture.

Senior leaders are inexperienced and create hostile work environment. Promote the right people, and improve diversity by hiring/promoting more women, people of color, and people with disabilities.
