Top-down management structure could use some creativity, vision, and buy-in from all levels of business. Also could benefit from diversity and more women in leadership positions.
Most employees in lower rungs are very talented, friendly, and fun to work with, but upper management has imposed unhealthy work environment not conducive to effective, open conversation.
Senior leaders are inexperienced and create hostile work environment. Promote the right people, and improve diversity by hiring/promoting more women, people of color, and people with disabilities.
