Holding everyone to same standards and giving same opportunity to people who have been on nights as they do for day shift employees

By treating employees as equals. Not lying and honoring agreements with employees who have been loyal for years. Weather verbal or written
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Trust, training, and turnover are killing our plant. Some people are offered more opportunities due to their shift and this compounds over years. It has came to the point that it is hurting production of the plant
