What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The entire culture needs to change, toxic, abusive, old boys club. The company is run by the original sales team a group of white men who act like Sales is a scene from the boiler room.

Manipulates and gaslit, was I valued yes but because they wanted my skills for their own profit
