Gray actually cares about its employees. During the pandemic, not only did they NOT lay off people, they restructured the bonus system to make sure every employee got a bonus. And kept that model theough this year. No company is going to be perfect, but they do try.
Supportive buy not intrusive and overburdening
Cares about employees at all levels. Lets stations operate on thier own and hires decent managers.
Terrible company which values profit over people. No commitment to public service or the communities in which they operate.
