Gray Television is a true broadcasting company with a focus on serving our viewers and our communities to the best ability we can. Gray takes care of their employees like no other broadcaster in the country. Truly an amazing culture to work for, best in the business.
Needs to be replaced by more experienced and professional people.
Management cares only for their jobs and security, and will run roughshod over employees in order to keep it.
I'm part of the union, which is why I am satisifed. But just FYI, Gray no longer extends bonuses to union members.
