Gray actually cares about its employees. During the pandemic, not only did they NOT lay off people, they restructured the bonus system to make sure every employee got a bonus. And kept that model theough this year. No company is going to be perfect, but they do try.

Supportive buy not intrusive and overburdening

Cares about employees at all levels. Lets stations operate on thier own and hires decent managers.

Terrible company which values profit over people. No commitment to public service or the communities in which they operate.

The PTO doesn't roll over into the new year. You just lose it. Same thing if you get too much.

Gray Television is a true broadcasting company with a focus on serving our viewers and our communities to the best ability we can. Gray takes care of their employees like no other broadcaster in the country. Truly an amazing culture to work for, best in the business.

Needs to be replaced by more experienced and professional people.

Management cares only for their jobs and security, and will run roughshod over employees in order to keep it.

I'm part of the union, which is why I am satisifed. But just FYI, Gray no longer extends bonuses to union members.

Health benefits completely paid for the employee and a profit sharing plan

We are eligible for bonuses.

Pay is great and the benefits are phenomenal.

Needs to be more for amount of work required.

Management undervalues most employees and makes it very clear they are expendable.

Higher pay. Love going to college only to get a job that doesn't pay all my bills

More PTO and remote options would help!

People care about you outside of work. And there is a culture if pulling together to help keep things running smoothly.

I have not interviewed with Gray, only Raycom, so i cant realky comment on their process.

Meeting the entire management team both as a group and individually

Got to meet lots of other employees.

To be professionally challenged and have the opportunity to use my skills every day.
