Management cares only for their jobs and security, and will run roughshod over employees in order to keep it.

Needs to be more for amount of work required.
Management undervalues most employees and makes it very clear they are expendable.
Higher pay. Love going to college only to get a job that doesn't pay all my bills
I do feel undervalued. May be due to my experience more than overall experience.
More PTO and remote options would help!

Less meetings, more emails would help.
