The company pays almost all of the dental, health, and vision parts of my benefits--it's great!

GreatSchools has a very generous paid time off policy, along with sick leave. They really value teammates having a work/life balance.

Our insurance package works great for my family and their maternity leave was such a relief to have.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Working at nonprofit will always be lower than for-profit companies for a similar role. Its expensive to live in bayarea and compensation matters alot.
