lying about the work hours to get people in the door is our HR's MO. We have been working 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week for 16 months and no answers as to when this will end. people are quitting to find better work life balance. we are exhausted, frustrated, and beg for change.
Family-friendly company, flexible environment. Diversity is limited to non-existent, especially in leadership
My experience has been positive. I have had multiple managers I liked. This is one of the better places to work in the area in my opinion.
