Are supervisors got our back?No matter what if we need something we get it.They're always talking positive.Nobody put you down and we all seem to work good as a team helping each other out
Everyone in leadership seems to be very organized and on-top of things so everything always flows smoothly. This makes everything easier!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They over promise, under deliver. They want to get a A+ employee with C pay. They tell you you'll grow and have opportunities to move up, but don't show or help you move towards that. No recognition is given to the finance teams or internal operations. All "glory" goes to field and sales.

I like the brotherhood my team possesses. We will help each other out and go out of our way to do so. My team also works hard; I don't doubt the effort isn't being shown by most of the guys.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are scammers and ex cons and are very rude to other team members but are praised because they get alot of sales even tho their sales come from poking holes in the ground rubber mice

Not paid for commute to route when it is 2 hours away that is 4 hours of unpaid drive time and that is most days

The success I have brought not only I brought to myself with the 3 years I have been here, But also the success I have been able to give other coworkers and helping them enjoy a much enjoyable life for themselves knowing I was able to leave that impact on them and their family
