The opportunity to make good hourly wage plus get a bunch of sales to supplement income. The benefits are good too.

I love that Servant Leadership is a HUGE FOCUS. Leadership is in the field with us all the time training and such.

The Culture is great! Things can get stressful during the summertime when we are busiest but everyone chips in and makes things easier
