What is the best part about your compensation package?
By now I do not have any benefits and stock/equity, so I can not comment on that. But as for the compensation - it is always on time and reflects on how many hours I have worked. That is fair!

There is no passion for the company's mission in the offshore development team. They just don't care at all.

The environment is very positive and lively and there is so much to learn and grow
