What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team's leadership is great! They're helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. I don't work closely enough with the Executive Leadership team to really say.
Inspiring. Great leadership with a merit-based employee system.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off policy and the company 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I run myself ragged and developed carpal tunnel syndrome from this job but still do not make a livable wage. As someone living in a major city in 2025 and does not have generational wealth, I am barely able to afford rent, medical care, and put a tiny bit in savings.
I would like to get paid more.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Helpful, supportive, non-judgmental, willing to teach, learn, and collaborate when needed. Very hardworking and willing to jump in during crisis situations.

It was not super-formal and uptight, so I felt more comfortable with the business-casual vibe.

What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, joking with coworkers, learning new things
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A stronger focus on what the customer wants and a narrower product focus so we can make sure we are reaching adequate quality standards.
What do you like best about your company?
Paid time off policy, my team and managers, and the amount of knowledge I've gained, and continue to gain by working here
