  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I feel undervalued because I run myself ragged and developed carpal tunnel syndrome from this job but still do not make a livable wage. As someone living in a major city in 2025 and does not have generational wealth, I am barely able to afford rent, medical care, and put a tiny bit in savings.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I would like to get paid more.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    A stronger focus on what the customer wants and a narrower product focus so we can make sure we are reaching adequate quality standards.
