In between his two terms at Alpha Therapeutic Corporation, Mr. Rich worked for Grifols from January 1983 to October 1995 and served as Grifols' co-President from December 1985 to his departure in 1995. He has been the Chairman of Grifols Shared Services North America, Inc. since December 2001. He has been a Director of Grifols USA, LLC since June 6, 2011. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
