firstly, we rarely have center meetings that have any conclusions that are helpful being discussed. secondly, any sort of compensation or bonus that isnt taxed would be a great start.
My personal experience working at Grifols has involved extensive workplace bullying. I have attempted to resolve this and get help from various hr levels/services to no avail. It is very disheartening, as I love(d) my job. My last day is next week and I cannot get answers to my questions.
No team lead. No one works together.
