My local leadership is great. However they are held back by the higher ups who are so disconnected from their employees that they think employees should risk their lives and health to come to work

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance and paid time off
Good benefits and good programs
Grifols is a very generous company in terms of benefits, insurance coverage options, PTO, etc... This is the hardest part of walking away, because I doubt I'll ever see a more generous company.
The insurance is a bit cheaper than most but the dental coverage and alot of the medical coverage is not the greatest.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management dont reward the good workers
I don't get paid enough for the amount of work I do. I would feel better if I was paid fairly.

Everyone is well qualified and capable! The sad part is the level of double standards, different rules for different people, management turning a blind eye towards bullying, etc.
Most of them are hard workers with the ability to move quickly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
firstly, we rarely have center meetings that have any conclusions that are helpful being discussed. secondly, any sort of compensation or bonus that isnt taxed would be a great start.
No team lead. No one works together.

Nothing was easy but wish it was more truthful about the company
Not have an interview with 3 people at one time
Hire more people and not be picky
Being willing to communicate with applicants, being professional enough to keep appointments, and being respectful of applicant's inability to adjust when they change plans last minute without asking applicants.

Real estate department is unorganized and management abilities is unacceptable. Manager should take courses on management and ethics.
