firstly, we rarely have center meetings that have any conclusions that are helpful being discussed. secondly, any sort of compensation or bonus that isnt taxed would be a great start.

We need better training and more ataff to handle the work load. The fact that I did not have any training on the new computer system but was left alone to figure it out myself is disgraceful.
My coworkers don't use teamwork, they can't read or write and they don't know how to do their jobs. One guy can't even put the dates on the sample boxes.
