My local leadership is great. However they are held back by the higher ups who are so disconnected from their employees that they think employees should risk their lives and health to come to work

We need a more supportive management team. The morale in the compny is very low. The staff is not happy which makes going into work miserable.
Be replaced. They have been told what they need to do and refuse to even do any work
Noting being rude and having compassion for people who are dealing with personal matters. Don't question an employee if this is the right job for them everytime you see them
