Nothing was easy but wish it was more truthful about the company
Not have an interview with 3 people at one time
Hire more people and not be picky
Being willing to communicate with applicants, being professional enough to keep appointments, and being respectful of applicant's inability to adjust when they change plans last minute without asking applicants.
Actually being aware of having a interview!! I went and the manager didnt even knkw who i was
