Lafmin Morgan — President of the Bioscience and Hospital Division at Grifols

Mr. Lafmin Morgan has been President of the Bioscience and Hospital Division at Grifols, S.A. since 2014. Mr. Morgan served as the General Manager of Pulmonary Products and Vice President of Grifols, S.A. since August 2011. Mr. Morgan served as Vice President of US Product Management at Talecris Biotherapeutics Holdings Corp. since July 8, 2010. In this role, Mr. Morgan was responsible for product management and marketing of Talecris Biotherapeutics's full product portfolio in the U.S. He joined Talecris from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in 2010, where he served for more than twenty years in finance, sales, commercial strategy and marketing roles across multiple therapeutic areas. His most recent role at GSK was Vice President, Commercial Model Innovations, in which he led GSK's effort to build a new sales and marketing model for its entire U.S. business. Prior to that, Mr. Morgan served at GSK as Vice President of Sales, a position in which he managed a 2000-person sales force and served as chair of the U.S. Sales Leadership Team. He also served as Vice President of Respiratory Marketing, where he implemented a marketing strategy that grew the $5 billion respiratory portfolio by 13 percent in just over one year. He served as a Director of Aradigm Corporation from August 2013 to September 1, 2015. Mr. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
