What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great Team! Amazing people and very helpful.

There are some that actually care but do not have the ability to help.

Caring for their caregivers instead of how much money they're bring in.

compensation is extremely generous and the team is always there to hear what its employees concerns are
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued and unappreciated is how the caregiver is treated.
We don't receive any sort of benefits compensation. I think we deserve to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They heard working force to be reco
I love the people I work with. They are all driven and even when things get tough, everyone pulls their own weight.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work as a team but we are from different cultures
So much laughter every day.
the managerial staff are extremely understanding the environment is always possitive

What makes you most happy at work?
Working with different people with different culture
working with the elderly makes me very happy and the office staff is just a phone call away and willing to help in anyway possible
