Review from Engineering Dept
Stick with decisions. Improve sales. Find new customers.
Review from Engineering Dept
speed up process in compensation adjustment based on market, performance bonus.
Review from Engineering Dept
Comp adjustments with inflation. I think this is something that folks who've been at Groq longer are more impacted by. Sometimes feels like newer employees are valued more while tenured folks are forgotten.
Review from HR Dept
Market rate for our verticsl
Review from HR Dept
With the official annual inflation rate of 8.6%, indexing the salary to the inflation rate would be the bare minimum.
Review from Engineering Dept
I don't necessarily feel undervalued! I do feel valued by my team. I feel that I could be compensated more monetarily but also understand that the company is a start up so they do have to be cognizant and somewhat frugal sometimes.
be more curious and less insecure
Review from Engineering Dept
Several of them are very resistive to changes. And several of them work in silos, thinking about their teams more than Groq's success.
Review from Engineering Dept
We are siloed and our interactions are transactional.
Review from HR Dept
There are few opportunities for spontaneous interaction, which leaves little room for bonding.
Review from Engineering Dept
Not having constant video calls and more in person opportunities
Review from Engineering Dept
More transparency, encourage enthusiasm and curiosity. Hire smart people and support their initiatives.

Let the engineering decisions be driven by engineers and with clear and able ownership. To make a single change, we have to convince 30 different people. We lack agility while competing with companies known for speed of light execution.

Review from Executive Dept
Being more focused on 2-3 goals which everyone can align to as a company; not 16+. Pivoting from being internally focused (Clan oriented; decision by committee) to externally focused (market driven; customer oriented).
Review from Engineering Dept

I think I'm generally in the middle, but that wasn't an option. I am content with my work life balance as I work on my own deliverables. Headcount allocation is a bit iffy - some teams struggle getting approval but opportunistic hires are looked at favorably.
Review from HR Dept
Our management seems to have more faith in Cadence or GUC than engineers we hired. Culture is very bureaucratic.
Review from Engineering Dept
I am finding the remote-work environment very isolating.
Review from Engineering Dept
It feels like the teams that deliver results aren't valued. And the teams that just talk are.
Review from Executive Dept
What’s wrong: Too many meetings. Decisions by committee that never seem to stick. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Not execution minded. How can it be improved: Reduce goals to a 2-3 and align the entire company behind it. Be more decisive and
