Mr. Darryl Michael Burman serves as Vice President at Maxwell Ford, Inc. Mr. Burman serves as a Vice President of McCall-H, Inc. He has been General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Group 1 Automotive, Inc. since December 1, 2006 and January 2018 respectively and served as its Corporate Secretary and Vice President since December 1, 2006. Mr. Burman has more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, employment and securities law, working with public corporations, private equity firms and individuals. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, securities, employment and corporate finance. Mr. Burman joined Group 1 Automotive from the Houston office of the Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. where he was Partner and Head of its corporate and securities practice. Prior to EBGWH in September of 2005, Mr. Burman served as the Head of the Corporate and Securities practice of Fant & Burman, L.L.P. in Houston, Texas. Before law school, he served as a Governor's Aide to then Governor of the State of Florida, Robert Graham. He serves as a Director at Barons Hindhead Ltd., Barons Farnborough Limited, Chandlers Garage (Brighton) Limited, Chandlers (Hailsham) Limited, Elms Automotive Limited and Maxwell Ford, Inc.
