leading and informing workers of change
the leadership needs to realize employees need to pay bills and eat, that's why they are working. Stop cutting pay and hours
Everything. They do not care about the individual worker. There is zero incentive to go above and beyond.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if they actually gave stock compensation or equity bonus
It would be better if they stop raising the cost of benefits
I went from being paid a salary with bonus potential, to being switched to an hourly wage with no bonus potential.

too many managers and levels of micro management
It could be improved with better pay and benefits that would make the effort worth the aggravation
The company was sold to a European company that doesn't seem to care about the employees. They only want to save money. They do not know how to run a business.
