Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Very unorganized for a large "start-up". Lack of resources and processes. Leadership doesn't give clear direction and lacks strategy to mobilize teams.

What can this brand most improve?

There is no easy way to fix broken and open containers that spill and ruin the contents of the entire package. I don't want to have to spend all my time documenting and chasing after reparations for something that can be prevented.
