What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits were amazing and my pay was competitive.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Speaking with different people so I really understood the role

What makes you most happy at work?

I was no longer happy so I moved on to my next opportunity

What are some of the best things about your team?

My core team was great. They were dedicated, hard working. But unfortunately it was like the Hunger Games and I watched as one by one they were eliminated.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

When I first joined Grove I loved the openess of the leadership team. A few years later most of that team had been exited. When I resigned there was nothing I liked about the new team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Invest in your people. Retain your talent. Your turnover is embarrassing. Temper tantrums from a COO and then terminations of good people is getting you quite a reputation in your warehouses. Jobs are a dime a dozen right now, what makes top talent want to stay?
