What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value their employees and pay them fairly, from what I've noticed. They are understanding and empathetic without compromising on their expectations. They give us space to work and don't micromanage, as long as we deliver the quality of work expected of us.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The HR department keeps us entertained with occasional events- there is always something to celebrate, and when we do celebrate our milestones together, it feels like a closely knit community.
