The company is very forward looking and optimistic.

Open lines of communication past my 1st line leader

They give time to learn and grow

My immediate team and first line leader

it is condusive for work

Teamwork and respect for all ages and seniority

We have to stay positive and openess is encouraged

Brainstorm new ideas, innovation, cool tech
