better pay for the work performed / leadership does not care if you feel undervalued. there is no support for the employees. you are on your own. they cant be bothered
To start, pay your sales people what you promised them! Stop creating spiffs and then refuse to pay people! The comp plan is always being changed so that the company doesnt have to pay out what they owe.
