they are not partial they have preferences between employees

I wanted bonuses and holidays

Not good compensation. It’s not beneficial for normal employe

better pay for the work performed / leadership does not care if you feel undervalued. there is no support for the employees. you are on your own. they cant be bothered

To start, pay your sales people what you promised them! Stop creating spiffs and then refuse to pay people! The comp plan is always being changed so that the company doesnt have to pay out what they owe.

We evaluate decisions based on what's best for the business and what's best for patients. That balance makes us truly unique

As a company, we have really pulled together during COVID. Resources, education, testing mental health resources have been made available for employees.

It's a culture that promotes deep care of fellow employees well-being and work/life balance.
