Throughout the process, the recruiter did not respond to any communication asking for updates. The timeline was exceedingly long, to the point i had moved forward with other opportunities in the meantime. The recruiting process as a whole was extremely unpleasant Review at BNSF Logistics

Did not care for it.
Recruiting has nothing to do with experience and knowledge, it is about clicks and relationships within the company, within employees. The first position I applied for left me hanging for over a month after 3 interviews, just to receive 2 rejection letters. I am blessed to be rejected from BNSF. Review at BNSF Logistics
