Innovative ideas and a accessibility.
Sets by example and leads through experience. They are very honest and sincere in their leadership.
Open to comment and easy to approach.
They are very helpful in teaching and providing the necessary tools to achieve your greatest potential
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager are not very competent does not even the basic procedures if calls are escalated some have never even been on the phone and know nothing about the departments they are in

People refer to the company values when making decisions. They are not just words on paper, people live the values.

Team managent should be way more knowledgeable about our actual work.

Multiple interviews all in a row in one day
I spoke to the CEO of the agency right away. And they were straightforward of expectations.
