Realizing that their employees are actually people. Tom Brenneke does NOT care about his employees. He is a horrible CEO, doesn't have a personality or a conscience. Makes poor decisions regarding the managing of the company. Takes away the coffee creamer to try to save a buck!

No training and you feel like everything you do is wrong even though management step by steps shows you how. The next minute you get told it's still wrong!
Good work ethics, dedication and loyalty are not considered. In fact, they are thrown in your face. People's lives are disregarded.
People that aren't in management try to look out for one another. That is the way to survive.

Face to face interviews with more communication and follow up durinn the hiring process so that everyone os on thw same page with how things are hoing.
Dont have a maintenance guy interview or call references its unprofessional.
Turn over is high, no support from management, managers dont have authority to take care of issues without feeling micro managed. Not paid for after hours emergencies yet they say they do then when you clock in on the next emergency they question you like you are a criminal about the hours.
The CEO needs to care about his people. This would foster loyalty. He doesn't even say hello when he walks in the door. He doesn't interact with the non management employees. When promises are made, management should follow through. Nothing is added to benefit of employees, everything is taken away.
