Listen to your people and let them do the job they were hired to do without you getting involved

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is genuinely nice and are up for a chat
All employees are real professionals, always ready to help and everybody is down to earth. No upstarts.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight to the point and fast. Once they saw the fit we moved to seal the deal within a week.
Clear steps and fair questions.
It moved fast, was very transparent and I met great people that made me want to join the company.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process wasn’t overly difficult but management seeks the candidate that checks every box on their wishlist, not just a majority. The hardest part about interviewing is mgmt is a bit intrusive with unscheduled calls and demands to talk or timelines. Interview process is also very long.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, my role and the fact that we actually help our clients
Everything. I live my job and love the company I work for.
The people, the technology, the culture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much micro-management. Also reqs tend to sit open for far too long as management seeks the “perfect” candidate instead of the candidate who might be missing a few skills but can do the role; this leads to higher workloads and projects that are behind schedule
