Management especially in the Outlets give very low guidance but are very critical when it comes to yearly evaluations. You hear great job from all then in the middle of shift in an hour long session you find out how unsatisfactory you are. Gucci you bought us so much maybe GM's should attend.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As with any work place you have your different social networks. When you find you clique that feeling of team work is very rewarding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We determine how much we can make. The sky is the limit but when not supported by management motivation goes down which equates to lower numbers. It''s simple arithmetic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm very grateful to the company since they allowed my husband and I to purchase our house which we love. When corporate executives comes they bring a breath of fresh air.
What makes you most happy at work?
The smile on the face of a happy customer. Being able to assist a customer that has been looking for that special that they were not able to find anywhere else and they have found it with us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They listened to what I actually said. Being a gay male they heard about my husband and I and how long we have been together. My manager said she loved our story and the length of time we have been together which showed stability. I was hooked after that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do their jobs and not only be the hammer but develop their employee skills and lead them to success. Management is so much more than making the company more so they can increase their bonuses. a well rounded employee with managements help equals happy customers. Gucci is a lifestyle not a logo.
