What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting professional, and cross examine what us going on at the stores

Actually caring for people that get harassed from other coworkers and terminating people who have done their actual work.

Communication is key. The manager doesn't communicate with me
Do their jobs and not only be the hammer but develop their employee skills and lead them to success. Management is so much more than making the company more so they can increase their bonuses. a well rounded employee with managements help equals happy customers. Gucci is a lifestyle not a logo.
