What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and health ins are best. Other benefits are pretty standard
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that as a young female I’ve been short changed. My experience should equate more than my age.

The willingness of team members to step up and help fellow team members

A lot of people aren’t happy because of the management.

We need to focus on employees ideas. There are a lot of good ideas on the floor but no one wants to listen.
