Caring about their employees more
Stop micromanaging development teams and spend more time on on expanding the company or departments. Executive should not be in low level meetings. Also, executive should appreciate the effort people put in to make things work. Stop harassing the people on the team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good health coverage for medical, dental, and vision. They also offered us critical illness care this year as a new benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better comp plan now
No opportunities for growth or raise in a decade.
No appreciation! Other companies 401k match is 100% while Guild only match 40%. The amount of work versus the pay is ridiculously unbalanced!
Pay should be more comparable for the positions each person holds. Many roles are underpaid compared to other industries, and end up holding a variety of responsibilities that are not built into the job role's pay structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Helpful kind and have eachothers backs
We all work together to get the job done
They are very accomadating and never put me down
They are so very nice
They aren't salespeople, which can be a turn off for the company.

Teamwork- The company listens from the ground up. You can affect change in the company with communication.

We are lighthearted here. We add humor and fun whenever we can.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop rewarding bad behavior and hiring/promoting family members. Starts from the top.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was an open book for questions to be answered
Got to meet with everyone who I would need to report to. Yet it's as though I have more people managing me than co-workers that I interact with.

Hiring manager need to stop leaving and coming back to the interview and confuse the interviewees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rates are terrible, processes are slow.
Senior management team need to fix the core issue instead of trying to break thing that is working!
