Very good vision of the direction the company should go and effective at communicating that vision.

Learn about aircraft and how to communicate with the team. Not step all over your team to get ahead in the company. Worry less about image and more about quality. Support your team instead of hiding in your office.

Experienced people are grate craftsman

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Quick pace, and the hours can be long because of the late night deployments, but rewarding.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR needs to stay in their lane. These "good idea fairies" make everything more convoluted. Its work harder and more inconvienently not smarter. The excessive rules are obnoxious and unhelpful.
