What's the company culture like at Guru (getGuru (getguru.com).com)?
The culture is very fun, enthusiastic and inclusive. This is the best thing they have going. Employees at Guru are generally sociable and very positive. Company-wide meetings are usually followed by free lunches and there are monthly happy hours to attend, as well as a two beer draft system, espresso machine and various snacks.
What benefits does Guru (getGuru (getguru.com).com) provide?
Top Employee Response
Guru doesn't really provide any helpful benefits besides a fun, inclusive work culture. There is a $250 stipend a month for healthcare costs, but in this day and age that barely covers the full cost of healthcare services. There are monthly happy hours and paid lunches and a company Lyft account only to be used for getting around for work related travel.
