What do you like best about the leadership team?Down to earth and transparent. They live and breathe the core values that drive the culture
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Let the people do the work they where hired for. Be mindful on how you give feed back, do not confuse your rudeness with "radical candor" and most of all understand that we are all human, thus treat each other as such.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Some people need to be mindful on how they talk to others, they come out right as rude and pedantic. Be respectful, at the end of the day we are all people with feelings.
