What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits honestly I also got hired during the pandemic so my pay is higher
The best part of my compensation package is the health and vision Insurance
100% healthcare paid by company.
Benefits - in my role there is a lot of flexibility as long as you are doing the role well. Not the same in every dept though
Equity is definitely the best part but I joined early.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have great work ethic and they believe in the mission.
Coworkers try their best to assist each other with over whelming workloads

It's very thoughtful and it's the best candidate experience I've ever had.

It was easy, but that also means a lot of bad management gets hired.
it seemed great at first - coworkers and PE set me up on a false promise though. recruiting manager that reached out was rude as hell though.
Variety of folks from all over the company and cross functional partners I'd be working with were all involved.
It was fun and the managers made it very comfortable
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping, legitimately helping. Adding value and solving problems.
