My team's culture is wonderful. We're a global team which is great and the group is kind, funny, smart and driven.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I have a seat at the table. GWI leadership and teammates care what you think and will take your opinion into account. That goes for any level.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they include a culture panel at the end. It's a nice, informal way to get to know a few outside teammates before you join and see what the company is really like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're extremely accessible. I love the fact that you can slack our CEO or go to happy hour with our executive team and really be yourself. It's clear they really care for their people and want everyone to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company feels like it has momentum. We have a great product built by top notch talent and I have no doubt we'll succeed for many, many years to come. That type of excitement makes the environment extremely positive.
