There is an annual 3k learning budget
Flexi Hours and early finish on Fridays
The health benefits package recieved
It is easy to understand. Challenging but fair.

Higher Bonus than the current one

it's the best team, very knowledgable people that like what they do
Hardworking & Friendly. Communication skills are good
Everyone is willing to help each other and make work equitable
Their interest in learning and bettering themselves.
We've been together for a very long time, so we know how we work. The fact that the team is so settled is a testament to the organisation.

Always striving for the perfection of customer Services and distribution of it's goods.

The communication flows frequently and is transparent. There is a sense of everyone wanting everyone to be successful and mentally heathy.
