What did you like most about the interview process?
Being honest and realistic about the operations
The speed from start to finish.

My first interview with my boss was at a coffee shop, as they were moving to another office. It was a different experience that helped me be myself.

There was no design task!

I liked the casual nature of the interviews, that they could be conversational as well as informative. It leads to more honest answers and a better feeling overall.

I liked that they include a culture panel at the end. It's a nice, informal way to get to know a few outside teammates before you join and see what the company is really like.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Needs to be a bit more streamlined. Needs to be a bit quicker.
