Ms. Leslie S. Magee has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of H&E Equipment Services, Inc. since September 2005 and has been its Principal Accounting Officer since August 2005. Ms. Magee serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer and Director of H&E Equipment Services (Mid-Atlantic), Inc. She served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of H&e Equipment Services, Inc. from December 30, 2004 to August 2005. Ms. Magee served as a Corporate Controller H&e Equipment Services, Inc. since 1995 and Assistant Secretary since August 2005. Ms. Magee served as Corporate Controller for H&E LLC and Head & Engquist. Prior to joining Head & Engquist in 1995, Ms. Magee spent five years working for Hawthorn, Waymouth & Carroll, L.L.P, an accounting firm based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. She holds Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University in Accounting.
